What's the difference between the four plans?
All plans include the same premium hosting and troubleshooting support. The difference is included development hours: Starter ($99/mo) includes no dev hours, Professional ($199/mo) includes 1 hour/month, Business ($349/mo) includes 3 hours/month, and Enterprise ($599/mo) includes 8 hours/month. Higher tiers also include dedicated contacts and priority handling.

What are "included dev hours"?
Development hours cover work beyond troubleshooting, like new features, design changes, content updates, and custom integrations. Professional plans and above include monthly dev hours that carry over to small tasks without hourly billing. Hours beyond your included allocation are billed at $150/hour.
What does "full support" mean?
Unlike other hosts, we support both your infrastructure AND your website. If something on your website isn't working as designed, whether it's a plugin conflict, theme issue, or performance problem, we'll help resolve it at no additional cost. That's troubleshooting support, included in every plan.
How does hourly support billing work?
Additional development and support is billed at $150/hour in 15-minute increments. We provide guaranteed bids before starting any work, with no contracts or retainers required. Nonprofits pay $120/hour (20% off).
What if I have multiple websites?
Additional sites for the same organization are $75/month each ($60 for nonprofits). All included dev hours are pooled across your sites, so you can use them wherever needed.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fees and no long-term contracts required. Our hosting is month-to-month, and we include free migration from your current host. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
